This is the raw photo.  Straight out of camera with only a few adjustments made to contrast and saturation.  She looks great, but the treatment of her skin and the color of the overall image isn't perfect, and that's completely normal for a raw photo.  The job of the raw format is to preserve depth of color information that we can then pull out using image editing software.

This is where everything comes together. Flyaway hairs are tamed, skin tone is even, and fine lines are softened with a subtle, natural touch. Eyes are brightened, teeth gently whitened, and any redness or distractions are removed. Hair has a healthy sheen, and blemishes and fine facial hairs are cleaned up with precision. This is the polished, professional image you want representing you online.
